Concrete
Spec'd for freeze–thaw. Cured slow, finished honest.
Air-entrained mix, fiber reinforcement on flatwork, control joints cut on day one — the parts of the pour you'll never see deciding how it looks ten winters in.
Concrete, hardscape, fence, deck, siding — one local crew, one schedule, one finish line.
We're a Milwaukee crew, not a catalogue. Here's the short version of how we think about the things we put in your yard.

Spec'd for freeze–thaw. Cured slow, finished honest.
Air-entrained mix, fiber reinforcement on flatwork, control joints cut on day one — the parts of the pour you'll never see deciding how it looks ten winters in.

Cedar where it shows, framing lumber where it works.
Hidden fasteners on every board you'll touch. Lag-bolted ledger, flashed and step-shielded — the connection that decides whether a deck stays a deck.

Drainage first, geogrid second, pretty face last.
Free-draining base behind every wall, batter pitched into the slope. We solve grade with the structure — the finish stone is just the reward.
No mystery, no pressure. Here's exactly what a project with M&M looks like — from the first walk-through to the day we hand it back.
Process & seasonal notes only — not a live schedule. For current availability call (414) 248-5156.
Residential drives and walks for South Side neighbors. Commercial lots for small businesses that need to open at 6a no matter what fell overnight. Salt and sand on request, and a real human at the dispatch line from first flake to spring thaw.
Drives, walks, steps. Trigger depths set with you in writing.
Lots, entries, ADA paths. Pre-treat available before forecast events.
After-hours dispatch line. Snow calls answered 24/7 in season.
Lock in your contract before the first storm.
One crew. One number.
The whole exterior.

M & M Property Management is a South Side Milwaukee company that handles the work most homeowners juggle across three or four contractors — concrete, hardscape, fences, decks, and siding — under one phone number, one quote, and one crew on the job.
We're not the biggest. We don't try to be. The trade-off is the person who quoted your project is the person who walks the final with you when it's done.

We pick up the phone. We show up when we said we would. We hand back a property looking better than the day we walked it. That's it — that's the whole pitch.
We serve the South Side and surrounding suburbs. If you're nearby and not listed, give us a call — we'll let you know honestly if it's a fit.
Don't see yours here? Call us — we'd rather answer it directly than make you guess.
No. Estimates and on-site walk-throughs in the Milwaukee area are free. You'll get a written, line-itemed scope before any work is scheduled.
Pours typically run from April through November depending on overnight temperatures and ground conditions. Framing, demolition, and interior prep can run year-round, and we'll give you a real start window when we quote.
When a project requires a City of Milwaukee or municipal permit (decks, certain fence heights, retaining walls over a threshold), we walk you through what's required and pull what's appropriate to the scope.
By the actual scope — square footage, prep, materials, access, and finish. We don't quote off a generic per-foot rate. You'll see materials, labor, and timing broken out so you know what you're paying for.
Milwaukee proper plus the South Side suburbs — West Allis, Greenfield, Greendale, Wauwatosa, St. Francis, Cudahy, Hales Corners, and Bay View. Outside that radius, just call and ask.
We set a trigger depth with you in writing — typically two inches for residential and one inch for commercial — and route runs every event that hits the trigger. Salt and sand are available on request, and pre-treats are available for forecast events on commercial accounts.
(414) 248-5156 reaches the office for estimates, scheduling, and project questions. (414) 629-8473 is the dispatch / after-hours line — best for snow callouts in season and time-sensitive site issues.
Yes. We'll talk through what's reasonable for each material and surface during the quote — concrete, decking, and siding all behave differently — and put expectations in writing alongside the scope.
Free estimate, written scope, no pressure. Most quotes go out within a few business days of the walk-through.
